Eligible for Return:

  • Product received in damaged or defective condition
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Product significantly different from the description
  • Size exchange request (within 7 days of delivery)

Not Eligible for Return:

  • Product has been used, washed, or altered
  • Return request raised after 7 days of delivery
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Incorrect size ordered when size chart was clearly available

Return Process — Step by Step:

Step 1 — Contact us within 7 days of delivery via WhatsApp or Email Step 2 — Share clear photos or a video of the product showing the issue Step 3 — Our team will review and respond within 24–48 hours Step 4 — If approved, we will share the return address Step 5 — Ship the product back in its original packaging (return courier cost to be borne by the customer) Step 6 — Refund or replacement will be processed within 3–5 business days of receiving the returned product

Refund Method:

  • Refund to original payment method — 5 to 7 working days
  • Store Credit (instant) — if preferred

Damaged Product on Arrival: If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photo or video proof. We will arrange a replacement or full refund immediately, no questions asked.
