Shipping Coverage: We deliver Pan India — all states and union territories across India.
Shipping Charges:
- Orders above ₹499 — FREE Shipping
- Orders below ₹499 — ₹50 flat shipping charge
Delivery Timeframes:
- Standard Delivery — 5 to 7 business days
- Express Delivery — 2 to 3 business days (additional charges apply)
- Metro Cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, etc.) — 3 to 5 business days
- Remote or rural areas — 7 to 10 business days
Order Processing:
- Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next working day
- During festival seasons (Janmashtami, Diwali, etc.) processing may take an additional 1 to 2 days due to high demand
Tracking Your Order: Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be sent to you via WhatsApp and Email. You can use this to track your order on the courier partner's website.
Cash on Delivery (COD): COD is available on select pin codes. Availability will be shown at checkout. COD orders may take 1 additional business day to process.
Shipping Delays: Shree Kanha Collection is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, or public holidays. In case of unusual delay, please contact us and we will personally follow up with the courier.
