1. General Shree Kanha Collection is a handmade Laddu Gopal dress and accessories brand operating from Delhi, India. All our products are lovingly handcrafted by housewives who are empowered through fair wages and dignified work.

2. Products & Images All product images are representative. Actual colors may vary slightly due to screen settings and lighting. Since every product is handmade, minor variations in design or finish may exist — this is what makes each piece unique and special.

3. Pricing All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price at the time of placing the order will be the final price.

4. Order Confirmation Once your order is placed, a confirmation will be sent via WhatsApp and/or Email. If an ordered product is out of stock, we will notify you personally and issue a full refund immediately.

5. Intellectual Property All images, logos, designs, and content on this website are the exclusive property of Shree Kanha Collection. Copying, reproducing, or using any content without written permission is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability Shree Kanha Collection shall not be held liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural calamities, or any external factors beyond our control. We will always do our best to assist you in such situations.

7. Governing Law Any disputes arising from the use of this website or purchases made shall be governed under the jurisdiction of Delhi, India.
